Every year Baskin Robbins honors America’s firefighters with a $100,000 donation to the National Volunteer Fire Council National Junior Firefighter Program.

We told you about this last year, and we are happy to help spread the word again this year.

At participating stores on April 29th, 2009 between 5pm and 10pm Baskin Robbins will offer scoops of ice cream for 31 cents. At some locations, you may also have
an opportunity to make a donation to local fire charities.

2.5 oz. scoops (or 3 oz. Soft Serve cones) are 31 cents plus tax where applicable. Limit 3 scoops person.

Last year we visited this event and our local Baskin Robbins was pretty packed with people. Make sure to get there early to participate in this one.
