Just print the coupon and bring it in to your local Sears. The coupon is valid for regular priced merchandise and in-store use only.

Excludes clearance and closeout merchandise. Not to be used with other coupons, offers or discounts. One coupon per purchase, per household.

The coupon page also states that if you bring your child dressed in their Halloween costume they will receive a free Mattel toy. They are available while supplies last.

The printable coupon is valid through November 1st, 2009.
